Research status

Early evidence. Clear limits.

The current findings are drawn only from validated Cycle 001 and Cycle 002 artifacts. They should not be read as clinical guidance or treatment recommendations.

Cycle 001

Predictor evidence is insufficient for reliable treatment matching.

Published predictor evidence is sparse, heterogeneous, and exploratory. The strongest repeated signals are usually treatment-process or acute/post-dose variables rather than validated baseline treatment selectors.

Cycle 002

Participant-level access is the principal bottleneck.

The limiting factor appears to be consent-compatible, sponsor-approved, data-dictionary-backed deidentified IPD access and cross-study harmonization.

Data landscape

14 independent cohorts, about 805 theoretical participants, and about 196 near-term requestable participants.

The two priority requestable cohorts are EPIsoDE and Zurich. Data access has not been granted, and the potential 196-participant set is not sufficient for a clinical prediction system.
